115. This Chapter does not apply to activities relating to the treatment of residual hazardous materials referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 231 of the Regulation respecting the regulatory scheme applying to activities on the basis of their environmental impact (chapter Q-2, r. 17.1).

115. The expression “site for the elimination of hazardous materials” in paragraph 1 of section 70.9 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2) has the same meaning as the expression “hazardous materials disposal site” in section 5 of this Regulation.
